Frontline Support Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Frontline Support Coordinator to join our dedicated team at our aged care facility in the Coffs Harbour Region. This position is available on a casual or contract basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to residents, families, and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environment.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and other communications in a timely and efficient manner.
- Handle administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and filing, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Coordinate appointment bookings and assist with scheduling, ensuring seamless communication and coordination with facility staff.
- Support facility staff with various administrative needs, providing a high level of support and assistance.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role, with a strong preference for aged care experience.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency with office software, including Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, providing support and assistance to colleagues as needed.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
