Computer Hardware Support Specialist

This PC support specialist role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a leading IT business, providing onsite hardware support and maintenance for a diverse range of computing equipment at customer sites across Brisbane.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality service and support to customers, ensuring their devices are running smoothly and efficiently.
Our Key Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite hardware break-fix reactive support for pc products
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on customer equipment (hardware only)
- Configure system hardware, software, and network components when required
- Assist customers with ongoing product training on device features and best practices
Our Ideal Candidate Possesses:
- Experience in a pc environment (laptops, desktops, tablets, RPOS, and workstations)
- Customer service and support experience
- Good general knowledge of IT hardware technical standards and troubleshooting processes
- Hardware troubleshooting experience/knowledge
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
