Job Opportunity

Seeking an experienced and proactive Receptionist to provide exceptional customer service and support the smooth operation of our facility.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement club policies, ensuring a positive experience for members and guests.
  • Manage membership sales, function bookings, and ticket purchases.
  • Process daily point-of-sale transactions and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Respond to incoming calls, resolve general inquiries, and direct calls to relevant departments.
  • Maintain and update the Ebet membership system.
  • Monitor and respond to emails related to membership and facility operations.
  • Assist with website maintenance and content updates.
  • Coordinate advertising efforts, both internally and externally.
Required Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Comfort with point-of-sale systems and basic financial reconciliation.
  • Familiarity with membership systems, preferably including Ebet experience.
  • Basic knowledge of website management and email functionality.
  • A team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
