Job Title: Servicing Excellence Manager
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Servicing Excellence Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring seamless service flow, and maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene.
Your primary focus will be on supervising the team, setting performance objectives, and monitoring service standards. You will also be responsible for ensuring accurate cash handling procedures, assisting with training and development, and supporting the achievement of financial and operational targets.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team to deliver outstanding hospitality experiences across multiple venues. Your ability to create a positive and inclusive work environment will be essential in driving team engagement and motivation.
Requirements and Qualifications- Supervisory experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Exceptional guest service skills and proactive attitude
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Flexible availability to meet venue operating hours
- Current NSW RSA card
