Customer Service Excellence Manager
This role is focused on delivering high standards of customer satisfaction through effective management of the Support Services team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in supervising staff, leading a team of customer service or support professionals, and advocating for customer needs within our organization.
Key responsibilities include managing all aspects of the delivery of support services, ensuring adequate resources are in place, and maintaining a strong culture of customer service excellence and responsiveness to customer needs.
Additionally, this role requires establishing best practices and standards for how Support staff interact with customers, and continually monitoring and improving customer satisfaction.
Manage support services delivery, including staffing, processes, systems, and standards.
Supervise and manage Support team members, ensuring adequate resources and a strong culture of customer service.
Establish best practices for Support staff interactions and monitor customer satisfaction.
Required skills and qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in business, commerce, information technology, or computer science, and a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in software application support. Additionally, technical proficiency in relevant systems, such as Microsoft 365, Azure, Networking, and cloud technologies, is essential.
