Job Title: Service Excellence Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Service Excellence Manager to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction by providing special assistance and information about local area attractions to customers and patrons.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Developing efficient procedures for luggage-related tasks and ensuring they are followed by the Concierge team.
  2. Coordinating and ensuring timely delivery and collection of guests' luggage.
  3. Supervising and guiding Service Leaders - Concierge to adhere to policies and procedures.
  4. Ensuring proper reception of Hilton Honors members and other customers at the airport on both arrival and departure.
  5. Providing recommendations to hotel operations to improve services, increase revenue or reduce costs.
  6. Maintaining high personal presentation and adhering to hotel standards.
  7. Ensuring all reporting and servicing deadlines are met on a timely basis.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory level in Concierge operation.
  • Fluent in English to meet business needs.
  • Strong sense of principle, professional management ability, and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Good character and ethics.
  • Ability to drive Hilton's culture.
