**Job Overview**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hub Manager to oversee the sales and customer service operations for our hub. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Hub Operations: Oversee the day-to-day activities of the hub, ensuring it is well-presented and welcoming to customers.
- Provide Sales Support: Take customer sales calls and provide sales support to assist customers in purchasing services.
- Customer Service: Provide post-sales support to ensure customers are delighted with the service they receive.
- Administration Tasks: Perform general administration tasks related to sales and customer service.
- Team Collaboration: Work as part of a team to ensure effective shift management across locations.
- Reporting: Report to the Sales Manager.
Requirements:
- Sales Experience: Prior experience in sales and customer support is essential.
- Communication Skills: A genuine, friendly, vibrant, and welcoming personality.
- Sales Aptitude: A love of sales and meeting customer needs.
- Time Management: Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Communication Skills: Good written communication skills and attention to detail.
- Certifications: Ability to obtain a current Working with Children Check or equivalent.
- Technical Skills: High proficiency in office productivity software.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
- Previous Experience: Previous sales and customer service experience.
