About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Corporate Receptionist to support our senior leadership team with administrative tasks, diary coordination, events, and reception duties. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth operation of our management team and workplace.

This position requires a proactive problem solver who is adaptable, confident, and customer service oriented. You will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and will be part of a close team that values collaboration and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Attend to the office phone line and inbox, ensuring timely response and keeping the inbox clear.
  2. Support the senior leadership team with high-level documentation and administrative duties.
  3. Ensure all office supplies are up to date.
  4. Attend and take minutes at monthly meetings.
  5. Work on various projects to support business growth.
  6. Arrange maintenance across the entire office.
  7. Welcome guests and clients.
Requirements
  1. At least 2 years of administration/corporate reception experience.
  2. A diploma or minimum Certificate 3 in Business Administration.
  3. Excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities.
  4. Effective communicator and able to liaise with a range of stakeholders.
  5. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  6. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  7. Ability to learn new systems and programs quickly and effectively.
  8. Ability to work independently and show initiative.
  9. Sound problem-solving skills and knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 Office Suite.
