
Sales Administrator/Property Coordinator

The Sales Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Lead Agent in Brisbane’s Inner Fringe. This is a role that requires exceptional skills, dedication, and results-driven approach.
Key responsibilities include preparing forms 6 and contracts, organizing photography, building and pest inspections, and valuations. The successful candidate will also run marketing campaigns, manage social media, prepare listing presentations, and perform general administration duties.
We are seeking a well-presented, organized, and highly skilled individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver high-end customer service. A current QLD Certificate of Registration and valid driver's license are essential.
Job Description:
- Preparing form 6s and contracts
- Organising photography, building and pest inspections and valuations
- Running marketing campaigns
- Social media management
- Preparation of listing presentation and appraisal proposals
- General administration and support duties
- Database management
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Current QLD Certificate of Registration
- Valid driver's license
- Previous experience in Real Estate industry
- MUST have a passion for the Real Estate industry
- Excellent communication skills
- Outstanding organisation and time management
- Ability to deliver high-end customer service to guests, owners and tenants
- Immaculate presentation
