Property Analyst / Sales Assistant – Brisbane

Stonebridge Property Group is a leading commercial real estate agency, specialising in commercial property investment sales and development site transactions across Australia and New Zealand.

The Role

We are seeking a Property Analyst / Sales Assistant to join our National Portfolio team based in Brisbane. This is a rare opportunity suited to:

  • An Energetic Graduate looking to launch their career in commercial property; or
  • An Early-Career Analyst (1-3 years' experience) ready to take the next step.

At Stonebridge, you will be working alongside some of the most experienced and successful professionals in the commercial property sector, supported by senior analysts, administration and marketing specialists.

With offices in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, you will gain exposure to national campaigns and work directly with clients ranging from high net worth investors and developers through to ASX-listed companies and funds.

Remuneration and responsibilities will be aligned to your level of prior experience. High performers will also have the opportunity to be considered for a Sales Executive role in the future.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify properties within our target markets
  • Analyse sale transactions, market trends and economic drivers
  • Prepare Submissions, Brochures, Information Memorandums and Market Reports
  • Assist Partners and Agents with national sales campaigns
  • Maintain and enhance databases
  • Build and foster relationships with property professionals
  • Contribute to National Portfolio campaigns and client presentations
  • Conduct market research and analysis into key areas such as demographics, media and other macro-economic drivers that influence the property sector.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Property or Business-related degree (completed or near completion)
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical ability and communication skills
  • Excellent written and numeracy skills, with competency in Excel and Word
  • Highly organised, self-motivated and eager to learn
  • A genuine understanding of and interest in commercial property and investment markets
  • Team player to fit in with our collaborative business culture

Candidates with 1–3 years' commercial property experience will be given additional responsibility from day one and supported to grow into a senior analyst or sales role.
