Commercial Property Administration Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to provide administrative support across commercial real estate sales and leasing campaigns. As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for preparing proposals, contracts, and agency agreements with accuracy, managing CRM systems, updating databases, and running reporting.
Key Responsibilities- Provide full administrative support to the sales and leasing team
- Prepare marketing materials, including property listings and advertising
- Manage CRM systems and update databases
- Coordinate with solicitors, clients, contractors, and internal teams
Requirements:
Qualifications and Experience- 1–2 years' experience in commercial real estate administration
- Hold a QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate
- Highly proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and marketing platforms
- Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
