We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Property Administrator to join our team in Queensland, Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage commercial tenancy applications and complete reference checks for potential clients.
  • Operate CRM systems such as Re-Leased and Rex to track client interactions and property listings.
  • Prepare agreements to lease, commercial tenancy agreements, retail tenancy agreements, and lessor disclosure statements for clients.
  • Liaise with owners and solicitors to prepare and finalize lease documents.
  • Coordinate the preparation of contracts of sale and manage documentation through to settlement.
  • Develop property appraisals and list properties on web portals to attract potential buyers.
  • Coordinate sales and leasing signage for listed properties.
  • Prepare the monthly agency newsletter and update the agency website to keep clients informed about market trends.
  • Monitor leasing processes and maintain tracking spreadsheets in MS Teams to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Complete monthly rent reviews for commercial properties and coordinate document signing through Adobe Sign.

About You:

  • Hold a current Real Estate Certificate and have prior experience in a similar Sales & Leasing Administration role.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of commercial property management, sales, and leasing processes, and associated document preparation.
  • Show proficiency in using Microsoft Office, CRM systems (Re-Leased, Rex), and web portals.
  • Possess exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
  • Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills for liaising with stakeholders and preparing detailed documentation.
  • Show a proactive and solution-focused mindset with attention to detail.
