Property Network of Australia is seeking a Property Management Assistant to join an established commercial agency in Brisbane.
This role will play a vital support function within the property management division, providing day-to-day assistance to a team overseeing a large and diverse portfolio of assets. We are seeking individuals who are comfortable working in a support-based role, and we are particularly keen to speak with those from a facilities support/coordination or a property administration background.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the property management team.
- Coordinate contractors and trades, including obtaining quotes, raising work orders, and monitoring job progress.
- Ensure contractor compliance with WH&S requirements and maintain supplier records.
- Assist with lease compliance and the onboarding of new properties into internal systems.
- Maintain accurate electronic and physical property records, documentation, and compliance registers.
- Support the property managers in inspections, reporting, and process improvements.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in facilities support, property administration, or contractor coordination.
- Proficiency in property management software (e.g. Adept, MRI, Yardi, or similar) and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organisational skills with a detail-oriented, process-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with contractors and internal stakeholders.
- A proactive, adaptable approach and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
