Position Overview:
- Deliver advanced support to a Federal Government client for Windows 7 / Windows 10, corporate applications, and enhancements to user experience.
- Address Incidents and Service Requests efficiently, ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Document activities in service management systems and strive to meet performance benchmarks.
- Propose process enhancements to improve operational outcomes.
- Handle technical support inquiries for Windows 7 and Windows 10, including remote software and hardware assistance.
- Utilize ITIL methodologies and engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills, alongside effective time management and initiative.
- Operate both independently and collaboratively within a team to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Comply with security clearance protocols and vaccination requirements as necessary.
