**Job Opportunity:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Support Specialist to join our team at The Drive Group.

About the Role:

  • As a Senior Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert-level technical support to our clients, including troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
  • You will work closely with our team to identify and resolve technical issues, and provide exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting Endpoints, Servers, and Networks
  • Configuring, troubleshooting, and remediating issues with firewalls, network switches, virtual infrastructure, and more
  • Remote support of servers, desktops, applications, and cloud services in Microsoft-based environments

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a MSP environment
  • Office 365, Azure AD, and Intune experience
  • Windows Server installation, configuration, and maintenance experience
  • Networking experience, including configuring and troubleshooting firewalls, switches, and routers
  • Current Australian driver's license
