Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Green Light. As a key member of our delivery team, you will provide exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person
- Investigate and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Escalate complex issues to senior technicians as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues
- Meet and exceed customer contractual service level targets
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in a technical support role
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM and task management software
