About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Strategy Manager to join our Infrastructure division in Pyrmont. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth and success.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, and supply chain partners.
  • Identify and prioritize major prospects to align with short-term and medium-term strategic goals.
  • Lead winning prospect strategies from the pre-contract phase through to EOI and Tender phases.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic plans spanning 0-5 years.
  • Promote John Holland's capabilities and position the company effectively in the market.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Construction, Commerce, Engineering, or Science (or other relevant fields).
  • Significant experience in business development and tendering.
  • Experience working with government entities.
  • The ability to quantify business risk and return on investment.
  • A strong ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders.
What We Offer:
