About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Desktop Support Officer to join our embedded education team in Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, onsite technical support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our customers' technology infrastructure.
  • Provide personable and knowledgeable support to customers, developing a friendly and professional bond.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify areas for process improvement and implement more efficient solutions.
  • Seek customer feedback and actively work to improve results.
  • Identify and address technical issues, collaborating with peers to develop and implement new processes.
  • Ensure documentation and procedures are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Take ownership of day-to-day technology issues and interact with external vendors as needed.
  • Collaborate with peers across the business to ensure successful outcomes for customers.
Requirements
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service, demonstrated through ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • A keen interest in technology and a strong desire to stay up-to-date with the latest solutions and concepts.
  • Effective communication skills when troubleshooting technical issues, remaining calm and articulate.
  • A positive attitude and can-do mindset, fostered by a proven track record of helping others resolve technical issues.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, allowing effective communication with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Flexibility in handling unusual situations, such as adjusting work schedules to accommodate out-of-the-ordinary circumstances.
