We are a leading provider of construction services, specializing in formwork, steel fixing, concreting and wall systems for major civil and commercial infrastructure developments.

Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) is our top priority. We adhere to rigorous safety procedures and documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

A WHS Manager is required to join our team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Screening projects and sites to identify potential safety risks
  • Inspecting active project sites to evaluate work conditions and ensure compliance
  • Liaising with external parties to assess site safety
  • Implementing solutions to address safety issues
  • Maintaining safety-related paperwork
  • Training employees on safe work practices and emergency procedures
  • Disciplining subcontractors and employees who fail to meet minimum safety standards

The successful applicant will have:

  • Extensive experience in WHS management in a formwork environment
  • Proven skills in developing SWMS and safety documentation
  • Excellent communication and team management skills
  • A current Australian driver's license
