Job Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of health and safety management are carried out across all construction sites.

This key role involves working closely with project managers, site teams, and other stakeholders to ensure a safe working environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective health and safety strategies and plans
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify and mitigate risks
  • Coach and educate site personnel on legislative requirements and company procedures
  • Administer incident reporting processes and actions as per company procedures
  • Collaborate with management to promote a healthy and safe working culture among personnel
  • Maintain the Integrated Management System to an accredited level
Requirements:
  • Cert IV in Health & Safety or Diploma in a related field
  • At least 3 years' experience in construction health and safety
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
