This is an exciting opportunity to take on a key role within the construction industry as a Group HSE Business Partner. As a high-impact position, you will work closely with the Head of HSE and collaborate with project and leadership teams to refine strategy, strengthen processes, and drive continuous improvement in health, safety, and environmental performance.
The Key ResponsibilitiesAs the Group HSE Business Partner, your key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with project and leadership teams to strengthen health, safety, and environmental systems, processes, and reporting.
- Influencing and developing initiatives that improve safety culture across the business.
- Preparing and delivering presentations, reports, and insights to stakeholders at all levels.
- Ensuring clear, consistent, and professional communication of safety objectives and outcomes.
- Driving innovation in systems and practices to meet evolving industry standards.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong experience in health, safety, and environmental within the construction industry (Tier 1 or Tier 2 experience highly regarded).
- A proven ability to implement, manage, and continuously improve safety systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence presenting to senior leadership.
- A polished and professional approach, with the ability to influence and engage diverse teams.
- Cert 4 WHS minimum
