Senior Tender Manager

We are seeking a motivated and commercially savvy professional to lead our tendering capability.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute end-to-end tendering strategies across various sectors, including government departments, educational institutions, and corporate clients.
- Design compelling proposals, pricing strategies, and streamlined processes to enhance win rates in a rapidly evolving procurement landscape.
- Coordinate responses for RFQs, RFPs, and other tender formats, ensuring compliance with relevant legal requirements.
- Manage internal workflows and documentation to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
- Track tender outcomes, report performance, and implement learnings to improve win rates.
- University degree qualified in a relevant field, such as commerce or business.
- Experience in commercial sales, business development, or account management.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Highly organized with sharp attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Proactive mindset geared towards building and improving internal processes.
