About the Role:
The Member Support Consultant (MSC) plays a vital part in building and maintaining a thriving Goodlife Health Club membership base. As the first point of contact for prospective members, MSCs inspire individuals to begin their wellness journey with us, helping thousands of people become faster, fitter, stronger, and happier versions of themselves.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to club sales budget through sales promotions and referrals campaigns
- Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach, referrals, and new business opportunities
- Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximize sales opportunities
- Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members
- Create great member journeys via positive and personalized interactions
- Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries
- Open and close the club as per the club roster
- Participate in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey
- Regular service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged in their journey, recommending club-based products that boost their results and amplify their experience
About You:
- Current First Aid & CPR certificates
- Ability to build rapport with people from diverse backgrounds with a desire to help people succeed in their goals
- The ability to solve problems and overcome obstacles
- Outstanding communication abilities - able to listen, understand, empathize, and influence others
- Tenacity with a natural drive to achieve individual targets and team goals
- Customer-focused with a desire to achieve exceptional customer outcomes
