Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Dispute Resolution Manager to lead our dispute resolution team within the Victorian Workers Compensation division.

About the Role
  • Lead and manage a team of dispute resolution professionals and administration assistants, providing supervision, coaching, and performance development.
  • Oversee intake, assessment, and resolution of disputes, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and policy.
  • Promote and facilitate early resolution practices including conciliation.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including legal representatives, and regulatory bodies.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • You have demonstrated experience in managing complex disputes, preferably in a Vic Workers Compensation or regulatory environment.
  • You possess a strong understanding of early resolution principles and Victorian Worker's Compensation legislation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills are required.
  • Proven ability to lead teams in high-pressure environments with empathy and professionalism.
