Family Dispute Resolution Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner to provide mediation services to families in dispute. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with excellent communication skills and the ability to rapidly build rapport with clients.

  • Provide family dispute resolution services (mediation) to assist parents in negotiating sustainable parenting plans
  • Assist parents in negotiating financial settlements related to parenting issues
  • Facilitate group programs as required, supporting the well-being of individuals and families
Requirements:

The successful candidate will have registration as a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner, knowledge of the effects of separation and divorce on families, and a proven track record of working effectively within complex family dynamics. They will also possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to diverse client needs.
