Dispute Resolution Professional

The Dispute Resolution Specialist is responsible for managing and resolving customer and merchant disputes in a fair, transparent, and timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Investigate and resolve escalated and complex customer and merchant disputes according to the complaints policy.
- Support the Customer Service team with escalated complaints that have not been resolved by first and second level resolution team members.
- Prepare detailed, logical, and well-explained External Dispute Resolution (EDR) responses to AFCA, other dispute resolution bodies, and consumer advocacy groups.
- Analyze complaint data, report trends to the business, and recommend process improvements.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent industry experience.
- A proven background in Customer Service, Complaints Handling, and Dispute Resolution.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach.
