Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Team Management: Provide strong leadership to maximize the performance of your team, ensuring a culture of safety, efficiency, and productivity.
  • Safety and Environmental Compliance: Drive a strong safety and environmental compliance culture, ensuring all operations are conducted in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Plant Performance Optimization: Optimize plant performance, including efficiency and cost control, to achieve maximum productivity and minimize waste.
  • Transportation and Logistics: Support the transportation fleet to meet Holcim operational standards, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products.
  • Customer Service: Liaise with the Customer Service team to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction, ensuring all customer needs are met and exceeded.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Report on production costs and efficiency targets, including variances and actions, to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in engineering, business management, or related disciplines (preferred).
  • Experience: Hands-on management experience in construction-related fields, with a strong understanding of HR and Industrial Relations.
  • Leadership and Team Skills: Well-developed leadership and team building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve exceptional results.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with SAP, Excel, Word, and Google Suite would be beneficial.
