Reporting to the Team Lead Systems Care, the Dimensions Care Partner will be the first point of contact for Dimensions system and operational workforce planning related enquiries from Centre Directors and teams. Partners will take ownership of each inquiry and ensure a high-quality and timely resolution, with a focus on building capability in our centre teams.
Customer Service is at the heart of everything we do. A customer service first perspective is key to the success of this role.
**Your Impact**:
Develop and deliver onboarding and training to new and existing Goodstarters related to the system and how to use it
Maintain training resources and materials so it reflects latest system version
Continuously improve onboarding and training experience and materials based on feedback andsupport inquiries
First point of contact for all Dimensions systems and operational workforce planning related inquiriesfrom Centre Directors and centre teams
Assist in developing and maintaining knowledge management resources that support Partners andcentre teams in self serving
Support the setup of new centres in the workforce management system

**You’ll bring to the table**:
Possess a high level written and oral communication skill
Have the ability to effectively develop and assess technical training materials related to the IT platform and deliver tailored solutions to the network.
Possess sound technical skills with a willingness to learn and grow their technical knowledge.
Have experience working in a fast paced and high-volume environment.
