About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Manager to lead our facility services across all Foot Locker stores and Corporate locations in Asia Pacific. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the facilities expense and capital budgets, identifying savings opportunities, and managing landlord and vendor relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of related experience with an international retailer or retail outsourced provider. They will have experience managing large expense budgets, broad leadership skills, and excellent organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for facility services across APAC locations.
  • Manage and maintain ethical relationships with vendors and landlords.
  • Develop and manage the annual budget for the facilities function.
  • Implement Health and Safety modifications and requirements at all Foot Locker APAC facilities.
  • Drive processes for routine maintenance and repairs, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and local legislation.
  • Negotiate with vendors and manage relationships across all locations.
  • Partner with senior directors to ensure consistency and industry-leading practices.
  • Manage escalations with landlords and building owners regarding responsibility for R&M and damage caused.
  • Coordinate the implementation of standards, streamline efficiencies, and maintain quality control throughout the life cycle of stores and offices.
  • Develop and communicate clear guidelines, standards, and criteria for the Facilities Team.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of related experience with an international retailer or retail outsourced provider.
  • Experience managing large expense budgets.
  • Broad leadership skills, including interviewing and selecting candidates, training and motivation, and disciplinary action.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to present and communicate concepts to cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledgeable about operation and use of HVAC, electrical, and lighting systems in retail and corporate office environments.
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
