Our Accounts Services Officer - ACCS provides support & assistance to Goodstart centres who require access to Government funding for Additional Child Care Subsidies (ACCS) to support vulnerable and disadvantaged families and ensure every child has the access to Early learning they deserve.

This position requires you to be highly motivated in child welfare and have a strong commitment to ensure all children have access to Goodstart centres.

The role is based at our newly renovated Head Office in Murarrie, Brisbane, however we support a hybrid work from home arrangement upon satisfactory completion of training.

Your Impact

Administer and effectively process ACCS claims in a timely and efficient manner as per company policies and procedures as well as legislative requirements
Support Centre Teams on complex queries and provide awareness of all funding supports available.
Maintain a sound knowledge of ACCS and CCS Legislation to ensure the best outcomes

**To be successful in the role you will have**:
Have a strong customer understanding and positive communication skills
Previous experience/knowledge of the Child Care System an advantage
Have high attention to detail and data accuracy
