Program Manager Role

This is a senior leadership position within our organization responsible for overseeing the delivery of complex transformation programs. As a Program Manager, you will be leading a multi-disciplinary team to achieve strategic objectives and vision.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement governance processes and project management methodologies.
  • Establish robust risk management frameworks and ensure their effective implementation.
  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • BUILD productive relationships with stakeholders, including internal clients and external system providers.
Professional Qualifications and Skills:
  • Formal qualifications in Program/Project Management (Prince2, Agile).
  • Extensive experience in delivering high-value projects/programs.
  • Proven leadership and management experience in a diverse workforce.
  • Clear understanding of project delivery in an ICT and public sector environment.

This role requires highly developed communication and engagement skills, as well as exceptional organizational skills, self-motivation, and attention to detail. The applicant must have experience in managing complex programs and be able to work autonomously under broad direction.
