Senior Executive Leader

The role requires a seasoned leader to steer the organisation's executive and corporate functions, driving strategic outcomes and government priorities.

The incumbent will lead a diverse team of directors and senior managers across various areas, including ministerial, board and executive services, finance, media and communications, people and culture, and enterprise programs.

The position involves overseeing significant transformation across the organisation, focusing on systems and business models to support workforce capability and engagement aligned with optimising performance.

  • You possess strong organisational capability and can deliver high-quality advice to peers and senior stakeholders.
