Enterprise Transformation Specialist

The Enterprise Transformation and Portfolio Management Office serves as a critical component of the National Office, operating within the Enterprise Strategy and Transformation Division under the Enterprise Transformation Branch. This division drives and supports the Australian Electoral Commission's (AEC) transformation through various initiatives, including Indigo program management, product design, enterprise transformation, investment portfolio strategy, and delivery oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Assistant Director and Director of ETPMO to unite and lead AEC staff in achieving strategic and transformation objectives.
  • Communicate aspirations and strategy clearly, enhance investment contributions via change initiatives, provide oversight and support for transformation projects, adopt adaptive strategies, and establish enterprise-level standards.
  • Develop and mature the AEC's Transformation Strategy, advance reporting, and support the AEC's Investment Prioritisation processes.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience in providing sound, accurate, and timely advice, analysis, and reporting.
  • Effective stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills, demonstrating a genuine commitment to collaboration across the organisation.
  • Ability to manage pressure and ambiguity while maintaining a positive and calm manner.
  • Capacity to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Australian citizenship.
  • Neutrality in political affairs.
  • Security clearance required for this role.
