Digital Transformation Program Director

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced digital transformation program director to lead the delivery of high-impact projects and drive business outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in managing large-scale ICT programs, with expertise in program governance, stakeholder engagement, and change management.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and implement effective program plans, manage budgets and resources, and ensure successful project delivery within scope, schedule, and budget constraints.

  • Program (or 5+ years project) management experience in delivering large and complex ICT programs.
  • Proven experience working with and influencing internal and external stakeholders and partners to plan and deliver programs and projects.
  • Strong understanding of program governance, including planning, financials, reporting, risks, and issues.

Key qualifications include:

  • Project management certifications and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience with Federal Government procurement processes and vendor management.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Essential Criteria

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in managing large-scale ICT programs.
  • Strong understanding of program governance, stakeholder engagement, and change management.
  • Proven track record in delivering high-impact projects and driving business outcomes.

Desirable Qualifications

The following qualifications are desirable but not essential:

  • Agile project delivery and related tools (Scrum Master experience and/or qualifications).
  • Knowledge of Essential Eight, ISM, and Security Maturity requirements.
