Program Transformation Director

A Program Transformation Director oversees large-scale digital transformations, coordinating multiple program delivery streams and leading teams in their delivery, business engagement, and operational change management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate multiple program delivery streams across programs.
  • Lead and direct teams in their delivery, business engagement, and operational change management.
  • Ensure workable plans and controls are in place and actively used.
  • Oversee program risks, issues, dependencies, and benefits management at the whole-of-program level.
  • Advise executive leadership on all aspects of the program.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong track record in large-scale digital program execution and delivery.
  • Proven ability to plan and phase complex program delivery with multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple teams delivering multiple concurrent projects.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with experience unifying views of senior executives and external stakeholders.
  • Proven track record working with Product Managers, Project Managers, and Delivery Leads.
  • Extensive experience overseeing program risks, issues, dependencies, and benefits management.
  • Experience with complex digital and data programs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Gravitas and presence to influence with and without authority.
