Job Title: Project Director

We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead our ICT projects and programs. This is a long-term contract opportunity for a highly skilled professional.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead large-scale ICT projects and programs from initiation to completion.
  • Develop and implement project management strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including technical and nontechnical teams.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and development support to business stakeholders.
  • Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in managing large ICT projects and programs.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to desired quality standards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to articulate complex ideas to technical and nontechnical audiences.
  • Experience working with Agile project principles and methodologies.
