About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to lead our sales efforts for our retirement communities in Port Macquarie, NSW. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to meet and exceed occupancy and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in occupancy and revenue
  • Analyze market trends and adjust sales tactics to maximize opportunities
  • Lead day-to-day sales operations, from lead management to sales process optimization and pipeline management
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing insights and reports to senior leadership
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with broader business goals
  • Build strategic relationships and local partnerships to drive growth and create new leads
  • Maintain detailed records in CRM software, ensuring all inquiries, appointments, and meeting outcomes are documented
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and recommendations, backed by in-depth data analysis
About You

We are looking for an individual with 7+ years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-trust service industry. You should have a strong understanding of retirement living, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to track and report on sales activity and outcomes.
