Territory Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and increase market share within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including surgeons, hospital administrators, and purchasing managers.
- Provide product demonstrations, training, and ongoing support to healthcare professionals to ensure optimal use of our devices.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including the acquisition of new accounts and the expansion of existing ones.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions to effectively position our products.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to provide feedback and insights from the field.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- 3+ years of successful sales experience in the medical device industry within orthopaedics.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the orthopaedic market and the needs of healthcare professionals.
