This leadership role is responsible for driving revenue expansion and growth within the Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) sector.
The successful candidate will collaborate with BFSI Industry Leaders to develop market strategies and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development plans to drive topline sales and revenue growth from new and existing clients across ANZ.
- Lead a team of sales professionals to enhance their skills and capabilities in solution selling, cross-selling, and up-selling.
- Prioritize investments and allocate resources to growth-generating initiatives.
- Maintain regular communication with top customers, gather feedback on market trends and dynamics, and provide visibility on organizational capabilities.
