Director of Enterprise Resilience

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Director to lead our enterprise-wide resilience initiatives. As Director of Enterprise Resilience, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and operational oversight to build and sustain world-class resilience capabilities.

The role involves leading the design, implementation, and ongoing refinement of strategic uplift programs to advance enterprise resilience priorities. You will also execute a diverse portfolio of continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen governance, enhance process excellence, uplift organisational capability, and enable large-scale change management across the organisation.

You will work across all functional disciplines to enable integrated and rapid responses to complex risks and disruptions. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading delivery of a complex portfolio of uplift programs for enterprise resilience
  • Partnering with stakeholders to enhance governance, process excellence, capability uplift, and enable rapid, integrated responses to complex risks
  • Direct accountability for a dedicated team and specialist suppliers within enterprise-wide resilience initiatives

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require strong stakeholder influence at executive and operational levels, deep expertise in transformation and risk programs, proven people leadership, and a culture of resilience, agility, and proactive risk management.

You will have:

  • A degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Risk Management)
  • Significant experience in enterprise-wide resilience or related fields (e.g., transformation, risk management)
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive business outcomes
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
