Account Management Opportunity

As a seasoned professional, you will be part of a distinguished and ambitious team that guides the way in talent assessment solutions. We are seeking an Enterprise Account Manager/Director to join our Australia business, growing existing account relationships with accounts greater than 2,000 FTE.

This is a unique opportunity to cultivate new and existing business while leveraging insight-led sales techniques. You will partner with clients and your account team to ensure assessment programs and solutions are performing effectively.

The successful candidate will have expertise in relationship building, maintaining a portfolio of clients from the enterprise segment, and demonstrating credibility using sales techniques. They will also have a strong understanding of client needs and will position recommendations and capabilities in the client's context.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate New and Existing Business: Maintain and grow a portfolio of clients from the enterprise segment.
  • Demonstrate preparedness and credibility using insight-led sales techniques.
  • Relationship Building: Achieve detailed comprehension of the client's most important business and talent needs by demonstrating expertise and gaining the trust of the client contacts.
  • Paint a client-centric vision of value by effectively positioning our recommendations and capabilities in the client's context.
  • Contracting: Maintain the commercial and contracting process for the client and SHL.
  • Enablement of Organization: Partner with Delivery and Services team to ensure exceptional client service.
  • Share market, client, and product feedback with internal teams to ensure continued expansion of SHL's market share.
  • Strong Adoption of Tools for Maximum Productivity: Accurate use of Salesforce to ensure proper forecasting, territory management, and account planning.
  • Other technologies used include Demandbase, Highspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Tableau.
  • Company Representation: Increase and continually promote the SHL brand in the market.
