This pivotal role involves guiding and supporting high-performing teams of claims management specialists to deliver large-scale claims review programs with impactful results.

As a leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the success of our claims management initiatives through effective leadership, quality assurance, coaching, and workflow optimization. You will also support onboarding processes and drive performance outcomes aligned with project goals and client expectations, as well as drafting project updates and communications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of claims management specialists to meet and exceed performance and quality targets.
  • Provide technical guidance in the management of personal injury claims, ensuring compliance with legislative frameworks and best-practice claims strategies.
  • Manage workflow and claims allocation to achieve efficient and effective outcomes.
  • Offer ongoing feedback, mentoring, and support to team members to encourage continuous improvement and professional growth.
  • Oversee quality control processes and ensure compliance with client guidelines and relevant frameworks.
  • Serve as a key escalation point for complex or sensitive claims matters, customer complaints, and client inquiries and feedback, ensuring timely resolution and effective stakeholder communication.
  • Draft project updates and communications and support program delivery and innovation.
  • Collaborate with senior management to support a high-performing and inclusive culture.
  • Support training and resource development, including updating and maintaining documentation.
