We are seeking a skilled Data Entry Specialist to support our Quality Improvement Department.

The ideal candidate will have experience with data entry software and be able to accurately and efficiently enter client services and records into Evolv and Clarity databases.

  • Ensure that client data is entered into required databases (Evolv, Clarity) timely, efficiently, and accurately.
  • Enter and maintain service information in Clarity by reviewing and entering data for new and existing clients including entry/exit, referrals, re-certification, transfer of services, annual assessments, and service outcomes.
  • Scan, upload, and attach all paper documents to the client record in Evolv.
  • Communicate with HMIS Manager and program staff/management regarding inaccurate information or null values on Evolv intake/update/discharge documents.
  • Follow up with program staff/management on all intakes/updates/discharges until all information is accurately entered into Clarity.
  • Ensure confidentiality of client-related and other clinical information in accordance with established guidelines and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of data entry experience.
  • Experience with data entry software, specifically Evolv and Clarity.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Interact with members of this and other organizations in a respectful, professional manner.
