Order Entry Pharmacy Specialist

We are seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join our team in the Order Entry Department. This individual will be responsible for accurately entering prescriptions and refills into our pharmacy system while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter new and refill prescriptions into the pharmacy system with speed and accuracy
- Resolve customer inquiries and requests in a responsive and courteous manner
- Contribute to the evaluation and improvement of client services, policies, and procedures
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- State-issued Pharmacy Technician license/certification required
- Minimum one year of experience as a Pharmacy Technician preferred
- Knowledge of brand name/generic medications and alpha-numeric data entry
- Basic math computation skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
