Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Data Entry Specialist to support the daily operations of our Quality Improvement Department. The ideal candidate will possess excellent data entry skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely and accurate data entry into required databases (Evolv, Clarity).
  • Enter and maintain service information in Clarity by reviewing and entering data for new and existing clients.
  • Scan, upload, and attach all paper documents to client records in Evolv.
  • Communicate with HMIS Manager and program staff regarding inaccurate information or null values on intake/update/discharge documents.
  • Follow up with program staff until all information is accurately entered into Clarity.
  • Maintain confidentiality of client-related and clinical information in accordance with established guidelines and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of data entry experience.

Certifications, Licenses, Registrations:

Non-violent crisis intervention training (must be completed within 60 days of hire).
