HMIS Data Entry Specialist
This is a dynamic role within our organization, offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to the timely and accurate entry of client services and records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter client data into required databases in a timely and accurate manner.
- Review and enter service information for new and existing clients, including entry/exit, referrals, re-certification, transfer of services, annual assessments, and service outcomes.
- Scan, upload, and attach paper documents to client records.
- Communicate with team members regarding inaccurate information or null values on intake/update/discharge documents.
- Maintain confidentiality of client-related and other clinical information in accordance with established guidelines and procedures.

- Adhere to ethical, confidentiality, and professional standards requirements of federal and state law, organizational policies, and licensing boards.
- Show sensitivity and responsiveness to individuals' ethnic, cultural, and developmental backgrounds, disabling conditions, and conditions affecting perception and communication.
- Interact with colleagues in a respectful, professional manner.
