Project Systems Analyst

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for delivering impactful IT solutions? We are seeking a skilled Project Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team on a 12-month fixed term basis.

This role offers the opportunity to lead and support projects that enhance business systems, streamline processes, and enable data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the delivery of process and system improvements across the business.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, develop business cases, and secure funding.
  • Analyse and document business requirements, including process mapping, data modelling, and reporting needs.
  • Coordinate project teams and ensure timely, on-budget delivery.
  • Facilitate change management and oversee testing and implementation phases.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement in systems and processes.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in IT or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in project management and delivering IT solutions.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proficiency in technical tools and frameworks, with a keen interest in emerging technologies.
  • A collaborative mindset and commitment to safety, customer focus, and high-performance teamwork.
