**Commercial Analyst Role Overview**
We are seeking a skilled Commercial Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our business, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality analysis and strategic thinking to support the growth and development of our operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead and support the negotiation and execution of new commercial agreements;
- Manage customer relationships including the negotiation and execution of renewals and amendments to existing commercial agreements;
- Lead contract management activities, including adhering to contract obligations and operational requirements;
- Provide commercial support to our technical and operations teams including the management of our import scheduling process;
- Preparation of month end accounts, pricing letters, reconciliations and other reports;
- Assisting with the development and preparation of budgets, corporate plans and business reports;
- Maintaining up to date knowledge of key industry and market trends;
- Support business activities required to meet our Net Zero 2050 Roadmap; and
- Preparation of strategy and award recommendation papers for key business decisions.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Science, Commerce or a Business related discipline;
- Previous experience in a similar Finance, Commercial or Business Analyst role is desirable.
