Job Title: Key Account Relationship Specialist

About the Role

This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and account management to key stakeholders.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their ongoing business requirements are met.
  • Proactively manage customer accounts to ensure timely despatch of products and provide after-sales assistance.
  • Key contact and account management of district customers, providing Area Manager assistance as needed.

As a Key Account Relationship Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing customer relationships to achieve business objectives.
  • Providing professional service to customers, ensuring their needs are met in a timely manner.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong systems experience in Microsoft Applications, ERP, and CRM.
  • Ability to problem solve and manage customer difficulties.
  • Strong interpersonal and communicative skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle and prioritise multiple tasks.
  • Ability to prioritise workloads to meet deadlines.
