Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reconciling payments, performing daily financial transactions, and supporting the accounts receivables officers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reconcile payments and ensure accurate posting of accounts receivable data
  • Perform daily financial transactions, including verifying, calculating, and posting accounts receivable data
  • Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and accurately posted
  • Support the month-end process and generate receivables reports
  • Maintain bookkeeping databases and spreadsheets, updating information as needed
  • Communicate with customers to request payment and arrange payment plans
  • Collect payment from customers/clients and accurately record it into the system
  • Create reports and balance sheets that document overall profits and losses
  • Update client accounts based on payment or contact information
Requirements
  • Intermediate experience in a similar role
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Intermediate computer software skills, including Excel and other accounting packages
  • Experience performing full-function accounts receivable duties
